With Leonardo you can save up to 25% on building your mill... So why spend more?

Revolutionary technology solutions mean that when you use the new Leonardo roller mill, you can develop a type of building that is completely different from traditional, conventional mills. A whole floor can be eliminated thanks to the more compact machine dimensions, and this means a notable reduction in investment costs.

Leonardo needs far less space for installation and operation purposes compared to traditional roller mill systems. The motors are in fact installed inside the machine and therefore, there is no need to place them alongside it or on the floor below.

As a result, the mill building can be designed with one less floor. But that’s not all: the floor you no longer need is the more expensive one, the only one in the building that has to be designed to support a weight of 1,200 -1,500 kg per square metre.

With its elevator discharge system for ground products, Leonardo can also be installed on the ground floor, which cuts installation costs even further.

For existing mill buildings, it is possible to install a higher number of roller mills – some on the ground floor and some on the first – to boost the capacity of the whole plant.

This cutting-edge roller mill can reduce the height of new buildings by at least 4 metres. This in turn cuts foundation costs as there is no need for fixing anchors on the building structure and there will also be significant reductions in vibration, which can be a problem on metal constructions, thanks to the fact that the roller mill can be installed on the ground with no belt fastenings.

Leonardo therefore allows you to cut initial investment costs by 20-25%, thanks to lower design and construction costs for the building.

And since these costs are linked to building work, do not increase production and are not amortised, why spend more?
