Omas will be at Djazagro, the dedicated agrifood production fair

From 25 to 28 February 2019 in Algiers (Algeria), it will take place Djazagro, the event dedicated to manufacturers of food industry technology and agrifood production.

As a leading player in the milling industry, Omas Industries will partecipate to this important event represented by Sergio Battalliard, Regional Sales Manager for North Africa.

The fair, which only allows manufacturers to exhibit, will give the opportunity to over 20 thousand professional visitors expected to discover new technologies and new businesses, and also to establish new partnerships that will increase their own business.

Packaging and conditioning; bread and baked goods; food and beverages; catering, and food hygiene are the main sectors being presented at the fair. Moreover, for this edition, there are also lots of projects in place to boost dialogue and help develop agreements between exhibitors and visitors.

For example, there will be a section for “The Bakery of the Future”, a genuine working industrial bakery installed in the central hall. There will also be a range of seminars and training opportunities, including “The agrifood industry: how to optimise your production”.

Leonardo by Omas will be presented at the fair: a unique, revolutionary and extraordinary roller mill that can offer a plant up to 70% energy savings, thanks to its use of KERS technology.
