Srew conveyor - Simple poligonal screw conveyor

SCREW CONVEYOR

This machine is used for dosing and conveying with horizontal or inclined installation.
It is used in several types of installation, above all under storage silos; collection hoppers can be
inclined, flat or of various sizes, even with an ad hoc project for the client.
Comes in various sizes, lengths and powers.

The machine is composed by:

  • A bended, electro-welded, epoxide painted for food industry steel housing.
  • An internal worm-thread welded on shaft with Ø dimensioned to the production; it is supported by selfaligning ball bearings fitted outside the machine and by a gear motor.
  • The screw conveyor is equipped with an anti choke sensor at the end.
  • The screw conveyor can be realized with open bottom doors for cleaning.

SIMPLE POLIGONAL SCREW CONVEYOR

This machine is used for conveying with horizontal or inclined installation.
Size in length and capacity can be variable, in consideration of the wide production range.
OMAS screws are designed to leave the least residue on the bottom to limit product stagnating.
Supplied with bottoms that can be opened they are easy to access for ordinary maintenance.

The machine is composed by:
