Flexy Mill allows you to independently adjust the speed and direction of the grinding rollers, creating endless recipes without modifying the mill diagram. This concept goes beyond a single machine, extending to the entire plant design, even in its most traditional form.

The Omas Drive System allows for automatic adjustment of the distance between the two grinding rollers, eliminating the need for the operator to manually adjust the knob. Thanks to this technology, recipes can be saved and easily replicated without having to set the grinding parameters each time. This system is made possible by innovative sinusoidal brushless motors with absolute encoders, ensuring precision, reliability, and ease of management, optimizing the grinding process in a fully automated way.
