Vibrating bin dischargers Svevo

Vibrating bin, can be used as a finished product or under-product extraction base. Well sized and used in several OMAS plants, provides excellent product extraction, avoiding bothersome material bridges which stop it leaving the silos.

Machine consisting of:

  • truncated cone fixed hopper with 20° inclination, with connecting flanges: the upper flange for bin connection, the lower one for the application of the hanging rods with flexible shock absorbers
  • vibrating concave hopper with inner shield cap fitted over the feed spout to control discharge flow
  • elastic band along the whole periphery for a dust-tight seal
  • vibrator motor support plate to transmit vibrations to discharge hopper generated by the vibrator motors.
