Boccaccio is an advanced system designed to measure the moisture content and specific weight of flowing grain, as well as manage its moistening. Thanks to its reliability and precision, it ensures optimal product preparation, guaranteeing the right moisture level for the milling stage. This process helps improve the quality and efficiency of the processing, allowing constant control of crucial variables to obtain perfect grain for milling.
