The Omas bagging station is a modular system that ensures efficient and precise packaging of granular or powdered products. Composed of machines and complete lines, it can be manual, semi-automatic, or automatic, adapting to production needs. Thanks to its flexible configuration, it ensures accurate filling, optimized material handling, and integration with weighing and sealing systems, improving efficiency and packaging quality.

AISI 304 stainless steel
We use this type of steel which, in contact with flours, guarantees a completely smooth internal surface, free from contaminating materials.
Anodized aluminum
Our profiles undergo an electrochemical treatment that ensures exceptional surface cleanliness. Thanks to a sound-absorbing filling treatment, we also ensure a significant reduction in vibrations.
Carbon steel
We design this special type of welded, painted, and mesh-framed steel to provide higher structural strength and significantly reduce vibrations.
