OMAS at the university as the subject of a degree thesis on international sale contracts

Latest news: OMAS has been chosen as the subject of a degree thesis entitled “The international sale contract: a case study”.

The thesis has been written by a student at the Ca’ Foscari University of Venice, who will be graduating in Economics and Management; its focus is on international sale contracts.

The first part looks at the theory behind sale contracts at international level and then it goes on with the practical analysis of a contract provided by OMAS.

OMAS contributed to the analysis of this important subject: since it is an Italian business that works all over the world, it provided the author of the thesis with one of its own contracts for the construction of a milling plant in South Africa.

Once again, OMAS confirms to be an Italian benchmark company which has been able to promote the Made in Italy while expanding into international markets.
