Omas at JTIC: the Made-in-Italy excellence presents the new DST technology for increasing flour production in an existing plant

The month of October begins in the best way  for Omas: on 16^th and 17^th  October, in fact, Omas will be among the exhibitors of the JTIC conference, "Technical days for cereal industries", an event which is now at its seventieth edition and, for the occasion, this year moves from Paris to the Grand Palais of Lille.

On the occasion of JTIC, Omas will have the opportunity to present with its RSM for North Africa and agronomist specialized in cereal processing Sergio Battalliard, the new generation technology DST (Dry Scrubbing Technology). If applied to an existing plant, this technology guarantees an increase in flour production of 0,5% while maintaining the same degree of purity.

During these two technical days, visitors will be able to meet the many exhibitors and discover their latest products and technologies. Moreover, they can take part in different workshops and conferences organized in the conference area in order to look in depth at the hot topics concerning the cereals industry.
