IAOM Mideast & Africa Region: Omas will present the comparison between the Direct Drive KERS roller mill and the traditional belt driven roller mill

The 30th edition of iaom mea will be opening on November 3^rd, the international exhibition of agriculture and food processing that this year will take place at the Dubai World Trade Center (DWTC), one of the most prestigious Dubai sky scrapers .

The event, as usual, will be divided into two sections: the conference, to be held in the Sheikh Rashid Hall, and a beautiful exhibition space, the largest in the region, which will include nearly 200 booths from companies from all over the world of millers, producers of technologies for cereal milling and leading companies in the milling industry.

Omas, Made in Italy excellence in the milling plant industry field, has been selected by the IAOM MEA committee for the "What's new sessions" presentation, where the Omas SRL Commercial Director Mr. Pietro Barbalarga will be pleased to present and explain the comparison of the performance between the direct drive LEONARDO roller mill and the traditional belt-driven roller mill.

Protagonist of the big event IAOM MEA will also be one of the latest technological achievements: the DST system, Dry Scrubbing Technology, which allows to increase the production of flour in existing plants by 0.5% while maintaining the same high level of purity.

Also present at the stand will be the RSM for North African countries Mr. Sergio Battalliard & the Chief Milling technologist Mr. Sergio Di Pasquale.
