Machine consisting of:

fabricated sheet metal structure with wide inspection doors;
rotors and beaters shaft mounted on ball bearing; the bearing remain fixed to the shaft during replacement of the cover;
screw conveyor at product inlet to facilitate introduction into sifting chamber;
sifting cover easily replaceable, complete with stainless steel sifting wire mesh or perforated sheet depending on the application requirements;
rotor reel designed to keep the cover wire constantly clean.

Beater in rugged and balanced structure with interchangeable and adjustable sectors in approaching and/o removing from the cover.

Cover with steel link and/or other nytal, easily interchangeable. Fully inspectable and opened on both sides.
