Centrifugal impact detacher Cimabue

For effective sifting of oily and sticky milling products separated by filters and bran finishers. Used to effectively sieve products separated by filters and bran brushes, it is a very delicate machine and enables an increased plant yield by selecting the dirtiest parts and the processing residue of other machines.

Machine consisting of:

  • grinding circular chamber made of enbloc cast-iron fitted with enlarged section collecting tangential channel with flange for pneumatic intake
  • peripheral wall with impact ring and shock rods
  • dynamically balanced disc with double row of pins, directly coupled to the motor shaft
  • product distribution device fitted at the centre of the disc.

Machine complete with:

  • inlet sightglass tube
  • support legs for floor or ceiling mounting

Rugged structure, equipped with hexagonal teeth, for a better impact on product plates. Balanced rotor for eliminating vibrations.
Equipped with standard sight glass, for checking the incoming product.
