Debranner Dante

Machine with stone tools that can remove great quantities of bran, improving the production capacity and performance of each plant, whether dedicated to milling durum wheat or soft-hard wheat. A decade’s experience has led to the development of “Dante”, with 8 stone wheels and an electro-mechanical actuator managed by plc that allows you to decide how long the product remains in the machine!

TECHNICAL FEATURES

The machine allows the elimination of the various levels of pericarp of corn, by an abrasive effect and the separation through a system of negative pressure generated by the fan.

The machine consists of:

  • Internal rotor with 8 abrasive elements O 420 mm;
  • Internal body with perforated plate with adjustable reinforces;
  • Inspection doors;
  • Outlet with electrical control by ammeter;
  • Cooling fan on the machine;
  • Corps en acier soude et peint avec vernis époxy alimentaire;
  • Body of welded steel and painted with epoxy for food equipment;
  • Electric motor with ammeter;
  • Control Panel to adjust the parameters of abrasion;
  • Rotary indicvators

Easy and intuitive plc interface allows to control the motor absorption and therefore the stay of the product inside the grinders.
Rugged structure with great possibility of maintenance: fully inspectable thanks to wide side doors.
Electronic actuator, directly driven by plc: it allows to open and close the product gate, in millimeter way, in order to reach the necessary time of stay and process of the product on the rotor production. The parameters are adjustable by plc interface, with direct adjustment of the motor absorption amperes.
