New assignment for Omas from Agricultural Commodities

The project includes a state-of-the-art milling section equipped with the latest technologies to ensure maximum energy efficiency, product quality, and reduced operating costs.
The heart of the plant consists of Leonardo roller mills, installed in both double and single versions, allowing significant energy savings thanks to the innovative KERS (Kinetic Energy Recovery System) technology. This system recovers the energy dissipated during the milling process, reducing consumption by up to 30% compared to traditional mills while also cutting maintenance costs due to the absence of transmission belts.
In addition to the Leonardo roller mills, the milling line features Galileo plansifters, designed to ensure maximum hygiene and food safety. With insulated stainless-steel walls, these plansifters prevent flour contamination risks and limit internal condensation, avoiding the dew point.
Another key component of the plant is the Michelangelo semolina purifier, which stands out for its advanced uniform air circulation system. This technology optimizes the selection process of semolina, enhancing performance and ensuring a high-quality final product.
