Manzoni
The Jet filter Manzoni is designed to ensure impeccable cleaning in every suction circuit. It is a low-pressure filter, equipped with an air chamber and timed solenoid valves that act precisely to keep the filter sleeves clean and operational. This system offers excellent effectiveness due to its large filtration surface, ensuring optimal dust management and constant air quality within the plant. Its advanced design makes it ideal for applications that require high performance and reduced maintenance.

Large filtration surface for superior performance.
- A cylindrical body made of welded and powder-coated bent steel panels for the food industry, hermetically sealed with screws and bolts
- Interchangeable polyester sleeves with a diameter of 120 mm and variable height, each supported by a metal cage. Each sleeve is placed over a tube that ensures perfect cleaning of the sleeve
- The cleaning of the sleeves is further ensured by a low-pressure air tank and solenoid valves that sequentially blow air into the sleeves
- The discharge of impurities from the filter is guaranteed by a motorized star valve placed at the flat or conical bottom of the filter
