Verdi

The Verdi horizontal maize degermer separates the germ and outer layer of corn kernels through a semi-wet process. After optimal conditioning, the corn is introduced into an internal chamber, where a specially designed rotor creates friction between the kernels, facilitating controlled removal of the outer coating and germ. The removed parts are then extracted by a pneumatic system after passing through a perforated sieve. The result is a perfectly cleaned product, with kernels free of germ and outer coating, eliminating the need for further treatments.
